Professional and Leading (P&L) Care Services was established in 2019 with a mission to assist people with disabilities to achieve their goals and meet their needs through the provision of high-quality professional care. Our vision and purpose is to bring positive change to the lives of people with disabilities and their families. We have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and instil our core CARE values - CARE, ACTION, RESPECT and ENGAGEMENT each and every day. Professional and Leading Care Services is a registered NDIS provider with a range of services that include: support coordination, in-home care and community access, centre-based group activities, supported independent living (SIL), short-term and medium-term accommodation (STA and MTA) and house cleaning and maintenance.
