The Parent Whisperer is the coaching practice of Lesley-Anne Banton, who supports parents in building confidence, clarity, and stronger connections with their children. Drawing on 20 years of experience working with families and children, Lesley specialises in child development and behaviour management, as well as supporting emotional wellbeing and parent-child bonding. Her approach helps parents recognise limiting beliefs and family patterns, develop an empowering mindset, and find individualised strategies for their parenting challenges.

Services include one-to-one coaching packages tailored to each parent or family, delivered in person, by phone, or via Skype. Parents can also book a free Clarity Session to explore their goals and consider the support they need. Lesley offers bespoke workshops for mothers’ and fathers’ groups, playgroups, organisations, and information sessions. The Parent Whisperer’s work centres on self-discovery, compassionate change, and helping parents become effective leaders in their families. Its aim is to empower parents to make lasting changes that support their own growth and allow their children to thrive.
