The PCOS Cystem

The PCOS Cystem is a coaching business founded by Sonia and Fayaz to support women, particularly those with established professional careers, in pursuing weight and health goals. Its approach grew from Sonia’s personal experience of seeking answers and clarity, and the founders say they have coached and supported more than 300 clients. The program focuses on challenges including difficulty losing weight, hormonal concerns, irregular cycles, fertility goals, fatigue, and exhaustion.

Coaching is presented as personalized and habit-based, with options to make gradual changes or follow a more structured plan. The business promotes weight loss without extreme diets or spending excessive time in the gym, and says clients can make room for food cravings within their plans. Prospective clients apply for a complimentary strategy call, sharing their goals, previous efforts, lifestyle, and readiness to invest.

Client testimonials describe feeling supported and report individual progress, though results vary and are not typical
