The Pitching Doctor

The Pitching Doctor provides specialized softball pitching training and athlete healthcare, led by Ashley Brignac Domec, a chiropractor and gold medalist with experience developing athletes since 2007. Based in Metairie, Louisiana, the brand offers both in-person and virtual services for pitchers at different stages, from beginners to advanced players.

Training options include pitching lessons, virtual video analysis, personalized skill-development plans, clinics, and pitching-specific exercise programs. Digital resources such as Accuracy Foundations and the In-Season Training Planner help athletes and families work on command, manage schedules, monitor workload, and support recovery. The ElitePitch Blueprint offers a customized roadmap for skill and body development.

The Pitching Doctor also provides sports chiropractic treatment, injury evaluations and consultations, shoulder-recovery support, and sports nutrition counseling. Its holistic approach connects pitching mechanics and physical development with posture, movement, nutrition, and long-term health. Services are designed to help athletes improve performance while making informed training and recovery decisions. Families can book sessions, explore training resources, or connect with the team to find support suited to their needs.
