The PMI, or Pharmaceutical Managers’ Institute of Ireland, is a leading organization dedicated to promoting excellence in management practices within the Irish pharmaceutical industry. Established in 1989 as the Pharmaceutical Managers Association and later rebranded as the PMI in 1997, our mission is to foster expertise, knowledge-sharing, and professional connections among our members. We provide a wide range of services and opportunities for our members to learn, connect, and grow.

Through education, partnership, and peer-to-peer connections, we aim to elevate management standards and contribute to the growth and development of each member. As a not-for-profit organization, our funding primarily comes from sponsorships. Key objectives of the PMI include encouraging and maintaining the highest standards of management in the pharmaceutical industry in Ireland.
