This recipe is not only packed with flavor, but it's also easy to make, perfect for busy weeknights when you need a quick and nutritious meal.

The chicken breasts, sliced into thin cutlets, are seasoned with salt and pepper and coated in flour for a beautiful golden crust. They are then sautéed in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. The creamy lemon butter sauce, made with light butter, minced garlic, chicken broth, and fat-free half and half, adds a burst of flavor to the chicken.

The sauce is thickened with cornstarch and fresh lemon juice for a creamy and tangy finish. This One Pan Lightened Up Creamy Lemon Chicken can be enjoyed by itself with steamed veggies, or served over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. With its delicious taste and wholesome ingredients, this recipe is a perfect choice for those looking to enjoy a healthy and satisfying meal.
