Dr. Shelese Pratt

The Pratt Clinics is a naturopathic health practice led by Dr. Shelese Pratt, N.D., serving patients from its Louisville, Colorado, location and through phone or video appointments. The clinic’s philosophy emphasizes balance and harmony between body and mind, with an effort to investigate underlying causes rather than focus only on symptoms. Dr. Pratt describes her approach as scientific and draws on 20 years of experience to guide diagnosis, including the selection of laboratory tests and supplements.

The practice addresses a range of health concerns, including neurological conditions, immune dysfunction, digestive disorders, and detoxification. Its areas of focus also include pediatrics, women’s and men’s health, and concerns such as learning difficulties, insomnia, headaches, chronic fatigue, allergies, and irritable bowel syndrome. The clinic provides information about naturopathic medicine, therapeutic approaches, education and licensing, and related research. Patients and visitors can also access a resource library, health handouts, articles, blog posts, and a shop featuring health products.
