About Project X
Project X is a non-profit organization based in Singapore that is dedicated to providing social, emotional, and health services to individuals working in the sex industry. Our mission is to create a fair and safe environment within the industry and promote respect for sex workers, their clients, partners, and families. With a team of dedicated staff, many of whom are former sex workers themselves, we prioritize building strong relationships within the community.
We offer counseling, practical advice, befriender services, and professional development opportunities for those in the sex industry. At Project X, we believe that sex work activism goes hand in hand with gender equality, racial justice, migrant worker rights, labor rights, and harm reduction. We strive to provide not only social support but also legal knowledge and sexual health screening for sex workers.
