The Prosperous Dynasty is a group of finance professionals focused on helping people earn, invest, and build businesses. The organization educates individuals and families on ways to strengthen their financial foundations through investments, insurance, homeownership, debt reduction, and estate planning. Its team includes coaches and regional vice presidents who lead affiliated groups and support professional development.

The Prosperous Dynasty invites people interested in the financial services industry to join its team. It seeks individuals with leadership potential who want to earn additional income, obtain state licenses, and learn to educate families about financial concepts and financial literacy. Members can also develop their skills in training and building teams across the United States. The organization says prior experience is not required, although applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Resources for agents include training videos and guidance on presentations, recruiting, client referrals, overcoming objections, indexed universal life insurance, promotional guidelines, and business development.
