Dr Coralie Wales

The Public Good is a small, specialised health and social care consultancy led by Dr Coralie Wales OAM. It works with organisations seeking to build meaningful, productive community partnerships with integrity and a focus on the public good. Its clients include Primary Health Networks, health and social service managers, community engagement teams, corporate leaders and philanthropists.

The consultancy helps teams strengthen their capability to partner with consumers and communities. Its services include designing and facilitating citizen juries, supporting engagement with diverse communities, and building partnership skills that organisations can sustain internally. Citizen juries bring randomly selected community members together to learn about an issue, consider evidence and provide advice to organisers; jurors are often paid for their participation.

Dr Wales brings experience in community and consumer engagement, primary health care, and citizen jury facilitation. Her work has included establishing consumer councils and supporting community partnerships across health services. The Public Good also shares insights and resources on partnership principles and health sector challenges, and invites community members to join a panel for potential jury participation.
