Public Health Pro is a health and wellness brand founded by Zahraa Hashem Fahs, a public health professional, holistic health coach, and behavioral health expert. The brand helps busy professionals, founders, executives, and organizations build sustainable habits that support energy, mental clarity, resilience, immunity, and long-term health. Its approach combines evidence-based public health science with the psychology of behavior change, focusing on practical systems rather than quick fixes or restrictive diets.

Public Health Pro offers a 90-day health reset for employees, founders, and managers, alongside corporate wellness programs designed to address underlying health and workplace challenges. These services aim to help individuals take a more proactive role in their wellbeing and support organizations in creating healthier environments and stronger teams. The brand also provides workshops, personalized coaching, educational content, and a newsletter featuring insights on public health, behavioral health, and longevity. Through its digital platform, which the site says has reached more than 50 million people, Public Health Pro shares guidance for making healthier lifestyles more sustainable.
