Puppy Sphere

Puppy Sphere is a women-founded puppy wellness company offering puppy yoga, puppy Pilates, and puppy therapy experiences across the United States and Canada. Its beginner-friendly classes combine gentle movement with time alongside real puppies, creating a welcoming way to unwind, boost mood, and support mental well-being. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Guests can choose from class types including Wellness Puppy Yoga, Simply Puppy Yoga, and Puppy Pilates, with studios and events listed in cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Winnipeg. The company also offers class packs, memberships, gift cards, and private events for corporate team-building, employee wellness, client appreciation, and brand activations. Puppy Sphere says it has welcomed more than half a million guests and operates across 12 studios.

Puppy welfare is central to its approach: the company describes using vetted breeder and rescue partners, trained handlers, supervised sessions, and regular rest and water breaks. Puppies return to their partners’ care after classes; Puppy Sphere does not facilitate puppy sales
