Theramobility

Theramobility, also known as Therapeutic Mobility Services, helps people with disabilities and age-related challenges build independence and participate more safely at home, at work, and in the community. Its experienced team supports individuals with physical, cognitive, and visual difficulties, including people living with brain or spinal cord injuries, dementia, cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, low vision, and other neurological conditions.

Services include driving and community mobility, vehicle-person fit assessments, functional mobility, home modifications, assistive technology, and vocational support. The team works with clients to identify suitable vehicle adaptations and mobility solutions, and provides driver training, including support for people using bioptic devices. Services can be delivered through evaluations at the Fort Wayne office or, where preferred, in the client’s location.

Theramobility serves counties throughout Indiana, Western Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Eastern Illinois, and Southern Michigan. Its approach centers on understanding each person’s needs and helping them pursue practical goals for safety, access, and greater independence. Consultations are available, and some services may require a physician’s referral.
