The Raphael Remedy is a Catholic-centered resource and professional network that helps people heal from past wounds, manage present challenges, and build a future shaped by faith and purpose. Founded and directed by Allison Ricciardi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in practice since 1990, the organization brings together counseling, life coaching, education, and spiritual perspective.
Through CatholicTherapists.com, people can find Catholic therapists and learn about emotional health through information intended to be consistent with Church teaching. CatholicLifeCoaches.com connects clients with faithful Catholic coaches who support goals in areas such as relationships, business, health and wellness, leadership, and general life development. The Raphael Remedy also offers free guides on emotional and spiritual freedom, purposeful living, and what to expect when starting therapy.
Its articles, podcasts, videos, and other resources explore topics including anxiety, relationships, forgiveness, and personal growth. The organization’s overall aim is to guide and accompany people seeking greater emotional well-being, direction, and a fuller life grounded in Catholic faith.
