TheraPower LLC is an occupational therapy consulting brand that helps schools empower students of all abilities to learn and succeed. Led by occupational therapy consultant Charla Holst, OTR/L, the company equips teachers and school staff with practical knowledge, strategies, and tools to support student participation and learning.

Its services include professional development, custom sensory spaces, and prevention-focused support for Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI). Training can cover prepared topics or be tailored to a school’s needs, with strategies staff can apply in classrooms and across campuses. TheraPower also helps schools plan motor labs, sensory paths, and other spaces that encourage movement, sensory self-regulation, and readiness to learn.

For MTSS and RTI, the company offers school-wide interventions, data collection, and progress-monitoring approaches intended to address common challenges and reduce referrals.
