The RC Geek is a resource and specialty shop for people who want to learn, build, and enjoy radio-controlled models. Founded around Chris “The RC Geek” Wolfe’s experience as a scale aircraft builder and competitor, the brand shares practical guidance for hobbyists at every skill level. Wolfe has earned Grand National Champion honors at the US Scale Masters National Championship, winning the Expert class in 2016 with an EDF Mirage IIIRS and again in 2019 with an EDF A-7 Corsair II. His experience also spans RC cars, boats, and model rockets.
The site offers learning resources, including building and finishing advice, paint guidance, articles, and videos, with particular emphasis on scale aircraft and competition. Its shop carries fine-detail paint stencils, the CenterBurner simulated afterburner line, a random servo motion generator, 3D-printed upgrade products, detailed pilot figures, STL file downloads, books, and branded apparel. The featured book, Mastering The Art Of Scale Aircraft Painting & Finishing, focuses on model finishing techniques.
