Theresa Hollmann

Theresa Hollmann is a nutrition counseling practice focused on women’s health, offering evidence- and study-based guidance tailored to each client’s needs. The practice supports women seeking to improve their eating habits, wellbeing, and health through practical, individualized nutrition advice. Key areas include nutrition for endometriosis, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and sustainable weight reduction. Hollmann draws on her own experience as an endometriosis patient and mother, alongside a holistic approach that considers nutrition, relaxation, sleep, and movement.

For new clients, the workshop “Nutrition for Endometriosis” provides an introduction in a small, supportive group, with practical recommendations and everyday tips. Individual appointments are available afterward to address personal questions and adapt guidance to each person’s situation. Online appointment booking is offered, and the practice also provides talks. Its counseling may help clients work toward goals such as easing endometriosis-related concerns, supporting hormonal balance, eating well during pregnancy and breastfeeding, adjusting body weight, and taking a preventive approach to health.
