About The Resilience Project
The Resilience Project is on a mission to teach positive mental health strategies and help people become happier. With over 1,000 schools and 1,000,000+ Australians reached, they deliver emotionally engaging programs to schools, sports clubs, and businesses. Their programs provide practical, evidence-based mental health strategies that build resilience and happiness.
The Resilience Project believes in the power of gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness, and they share easy ways to practice these in everyday life through presentations, school curriculum, events, the TRP App, and Wellbeing Journals. Additionally, they incorporate emotional literacy, connection, and physical health education and activities as foundational contributors to positive mental health. The Resilience Project also extends its reach to workplaces and has worked with Australian cricket, netball, and soccer teams, NRL clubs, and multiple AFL teams, as well as over 500 workplaces.
The team at The Resilience Project, led by founder Hugh van Cuylenburg, is committed to making a difference by empowering individuals and communities with the tools for resilience and happiness
