The Rugby Link (TRL) supports Latin American rugby players seeking to study and play university rugby in the United States. Its service guides athletes from creating a sports profile through exploring universities, applying, and preparing to join a campus. TRL’s web app lets players build a visible profile, compare universities by location, academic level, and rugby program, track progress, and access events and resources.

The optional TRL PRO plan adds profile assessments, coach-focused highlights, position-based searches, document uploads, and guided contact with coaches. For players moving forward, TRL offers personalized academic and athletic planning, help with applications and forms, review of university proposals with families, and guidance on F-1 visa and OPT processes, travel, and arrival. Its support also includes physical preparation, medical certificates, and access to a certified nutritionist.

TRL presents scholarships as dependent on each player’s profile and university, rather than guaranteed. The organization aims to help athletes pursue education, personal development, and rugby opportunities, including potential pathways toward professional rugby in the United States
