The Senior Alliance

The Senior Alliance is a community organization dedicated to helping older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers live with dignity, respect, and high-quality support. Its mission is to help people thrive as they live, age, and grow, while its vision is a healthy community where everyone can engage, connect, and contribute. The organization serves its community through a broad range of information, guidance, and practical services designed to support people’s choices and well-being.

Services include care management, friendly reassurance, health and wellness information, Medicare counseling, person-centered options counseling, transportation, and nutrition programs, including Meals on Wheels and liquid meals. The Senior Alliance also provides access to the MI Choice Waiver program, Michigan Long Term Care Ombudsman services, and the Senior Community Service Employment Program. Caregivers can find training, support groups, educational guides, technology resources, and other caregiving information. A resource directory helps people locate meal delivery, in-home help, caregiving services, and more.
