The Ship AS

The Ship VRS is a cloud-based vessel reporting platform designed for shipowners, shipping operators and fleet managers. It helps maritime businesses streamline reporting, improve operational efficiency and automate compliance through a unified system for onboard data collection and fleet insights. Crew members can record relevant events using an intuitive app, without additional hardware or installation, and information need not be entered repeatedly.

The platform provides live data on voyages and port calls, built-in messaging, and configurable data collection to support operational analysis and reporting needs. It can digitize Statements of Facts, automate laytime calculations and reduce manual paperwork. The Ship VRS also distributes reports automatically to support compliance with MRV, ETS and FuelEU requirements, with support for multiple reporting formats.

The company presents the system as easy to adopt, with training and setup provided to customers. Its services are aimed at helping operators make reporting more consistent, communicate more clearly and use operational data to guide decisions. The Ship VRS is based in Bergen, Norway
