Sleepytime Consultant provides gentle, personalized pediatric sleep coaching for families with newborns, babies, toddlers, and children. Led by Kendra, a certified pediatric sleep consultant with a background in childhood education, the service supports families in Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia, as well as clients across the United States and worldwide. Coaching is tailored to a child’s age, sleep challenges, and family circumstances, with support available for newborns aged 0–3 months, babies aged 4–23 months, and children from 24 months to 8 years and beyond.
