Founded as an internal project at CCare, The Social Blueprint was inspired by the increasing need for discreet and secure aid during the Covid-19 pandemic. We realized that our community required a safe space to find the diverse forms of assistance they were seeking. With the support and collaboration of dedicated individuals and organizations, The Social Blueprint came to life.
