The Social Impact Games is an online competition that uses sport-inspired play and gamified challenges to encourage people to support social causes and create measurable community impact. Its approach, described as “competitive kindness,” invites participants of all ages to champion issues they care about locally and around the world. Individuals, teams, businesses, charities, schools, municipalities, brands, and sponsors can take part as players, partners, or champions.

The Games offers opportunities to compete while supporting community organizations and social initiatives. For businesses, its Business Impact Program uses impact gamification to help build a values-led culture, unite remote teams, and measure and report on social and environmental objectives. Its Education Innovator’s Program works with selected education partners through a “Test and Learn” initiative focused on using gamification to inspire social good. The organization also shares partnership stories and results to show how participating groups are spreading kindness and strengthening communities.
