The St. Vrain is a historic wedding and event venue in Longmont, Colorado, in Boulder County about 32 miles north of Denver. Originally built in the early 1900s, the property combines industrial features—including brick walls, exposed beams and ductwork, and distressed concrete—with chandeliers, natural light, and a modern, urban-chic style. Its flexible layout spans two floors and an outdoor courtyard, giving hosts options for shaping an event’s atmosphere and flow.

The venue accommodates up to 250 guests and hosts weddings, corporate events, fundraising galas, networking gatherings, private parties, and other occasions. The St. Vrain offers curated spaces, selected inclusions, and flexible floor plans for different group sizes and event needs. Its team works with clients to develop events around their individual vision and manage the details for a smooth experience.

The St. Vrain is co-owned by event planner Judi Sperry of Dotting the i Events and culinary artist Bailey Fink, owner and manager of Sugar Pine Catering. Together, they bring more than 20 years of event-planning experience.
