About The Surf Experience
The Surf Experience (TSE) is a surf camp and surf school based in Lagos, in Portugal’s Algarve, welcoming visitors since 1995. It helps guests learn to surf, build confidence and improve their skills, with lessons and coaching for different ages and abilities, from first-time surfers to more experienced riders. Options include group lessons, private coaching, kids’ lessons, family sessions, surf guiding and beach transfers.
Guests can choose from surf packages and stays to suit different travel styles, including the Surf Mansion in Lagos, apartments and family apartments. Selected experiences combine surfing with accommodation, meals and daily beach trips, while surf-and-yoga packages add sessions designed to support recovery and balance. The Surf Mansion also offers facilities such as a pool, sauna and hot tub.
Beyond surfing, TSE offers activities including SUP tours, yoga and mobility sessions, and climbing. Its team creates a social, relaxed setting for solo travellers, couples, families and groups, whether they join for a full surf holiday or simply book lessons.
