The Swim Hub

The Swim Hub is a swimming education provider based near Haywards Heath, West Sussex, offering lessons and coaching for children aged three and over, teenagers, and adults. Its programme supports swimmers of all abilities, from building early confidence in the water to developing skills for competitive swimming. A play-based approach helps younger learners become comfortable and ready to learn, while later stages focus on water safety, breathing, floating, stroke technique, stamina, and progression through Swim England stages.

The Swim Hub also offers teen aquatic workshops, including fitness, Rookie, and water polo skills, as well as adult learn-to-swim lessons. For swimmers who benefit from individualised support, the programme includes specialist sessions for specific needs, SEN support, and one-to-one coaching to refine competitive skills. Small classes and supportive teaching help learners progress at their own pace.
