Synergy Matters is a wellness community for Black women and those who love them, focused on helping people build more meaningful connections with themselves and others. The brand creates safe, inclusive spaces where participants can prioritize personal growth, intimacy, and authentic relationships, while recognizing that wellness is different for everyone.

Its offerings include coaching, community programs, respite services, retreats, and thoughtfully curated experiences for individuals and couples. Coaching is available virtually and in person, with options such as “Unpack It,” an individual experience, and “Making Time for Us,” designed for couples. Sessions are shaped around clients’ needs and emphasize care, empathy, and meaningful change. The respite package offers a restorative opportunity to rest and be cared for. Synergy Matters also hosts virtual and in-person events, including community support groups, and organizes weekend reset retreats and longer vacation retreats for individuals, couples, and families. Retreat destinations featured include Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Colombia. Through its services and experiences, Synergy Matters encourages rest, wellness, personal development, and stronger connections.
