About TechIsland
TechIsland is a non-profit association based in Cyprus with a mission to accelerate the growth of technology and the innovation ecosystem on the island. Established in spring 2021 by a group of Cyprus-based entrepreneurs, TechIsland aims to place Cyprus on the global tech map and turn it into a world-class destination for talent. The organization's ambitious goal is to make the tech industry the most impactful driver of GDP growth and expand the job market by 2030.
TechIsland offers various initiatives and programs to achieve its objectives. The TechIsland Academy provides comprehensive insights and timely updates on tech-related matters, assisting members in finding solutions to operational queries. Additionally, the TechIsland Connect series offers networking events that foster meaningful connections in a lively atmosphere.
TechIsland also hosts communities, such as the HR CY Community for HR professionals and the TechIsland FinPro Community for financial professionals in the tech industry.
