The Test Kitchen Fledgelings is a brand that focuses on providing unique opportunities for individuals who are interested in the hospitality industry. With a strong belief in learning and teaching with love and passion, this platform aims to empower individuals who previously had no access to the industry to potentially forge a new career. The Test Kitchen Fledgelings offers a dynamic learning environment where individuals can receive on-the-job training while being employed full time.

They are continually upskilled, with the goal of growing and eventually being incorporated into one of the LDR restaurants or other establishments. Mentor chefs and front of house staff from the LDR restaurants work alongside the fledgelings to guide and support them. Led by renowned Chef Luke Dale-Roberts and Head Chef Nathan Clarke, the kitchen is a hub of new skills and improved techniques.

The mentors and their students create and explore new possibilities, resulting in a vibrant and innovative culinary experience.
