The Therapy Junction

The Therapy Junction, LLC is a pediatric therapy practice serving children and families in Fort Payne and Centre, Alabama. Founded by a group of therapists in 2020, the practice has grown to include two clinic locations and a range of services designed to support children’s development. Its mission is to provide personalized, compassionate care and grow alongside patients, families, and the wider community.

The Therapy Junction offers pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Physical therapy focuses on strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and movement through individualized, engaging activities. Occupational therapy helps children build skills for everyday life, including motor abilities, sensory processing, and self-care, with an emphasis on confidence and independence. Speech therapy supports children with speech delays, articulation difficulties, language challenges, and feeding issues, using activities tailored to their needs.

The practice works with families to help children progress at home, at school, and in daily activities. Initial evaluations typically include a review of medical and developmental concerns, observation, and testing to assess whether therapy may be beneficial.
