The Tiffin

The Tiffin is a small family business based in Kirkcaldy, Fife, serving vegan Punjabi street food prepared using traditional methods passed down through Priya’s family. Priya, who is originally from Delhi, and Tony run the business with support from their family. What began as a trial after friends and relatives encouraged Priya to share her cooking has grown into a local food venture.

Each week, The Tiffin offers a set menu for delivery, with a selection that includes starters, mains, dahl, rice and chapati. Customers can order for their chosen number of people and select a 30-minute delivery window. Food is delivered hot and ready to eat in Kirkcaldy and across Fife on Fridays and Saturdays, between 5:30pm and 9:30pm. Gluten-free meals are available by request.

The business also attends local food festivals, artisan markets and other events around Scotland. Customers can place orders or make enquiries through social media, by phone or by email. The weekly menu and upcoming event details are shared through its website and social channels.
