The Tulip Place Dementia Day Center

The Tulip Place is a dementia day center offering personalized, social daytime support for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, alongside respite for family caregivers. Its program provides a welcoming small-group setting where participants can connect, build relationships, and enjoy a meaningful routine. Days may include coffee and conversation, brain games, music, movement, creative projects, lunch, time outdoors, and simple tasks. Participation is flexible: guests can join activities, observe, talk one-on-one, or take time to become comfortable.

The program is intended for people who can enjoy a group environment and need daytime supervision or support, but not ongoing care. The Tulip Place serves people living at home, with family, or in senior living, including those who need reminders or some assistance with mobility or daily tasks. For caregivers, attendance offers dependable time to work, rest, attend appointments, or manage errands, with reassurance that their loved one is engaged and supported.
