The Turf Factory

The Turf Factory manufactures American-made synthetic turf at its plant in Dalton, Georgia, and installs it through local crews serving Melbourne, Florida; San Antonio, Texas; and the St. Louis area. By making and installing its own products, the company provides a single point of responsibility from turf selection through the completed project. Its turf is lead- and PFAS-free, backed by a 16-year warranty, and tested for strength, drainage, and UV resistance.

Products include landscape and pet turf in several styles and pile heights, putting green surfaces, gym and batting-cage turf, and professional sports field systems for football, soccer, baseball, and softball. The Flow series features permeable backing designed to drain more than 400 inches of water per hour. Customers can order turf online, request free samples, or seek a project quote. Homeowners can arrange local measurement and installation, while landscapers, contractors, and resellers can purchase rolls in standard or custom lengths through wholesale programs. The company also provides product comparisons, turf guides, warranty information, and location-based customer support.
