The Unicorns Project

The Unicorns Project Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing joy to communities through visits from miniature horses dressed as unicorns. Founded by Karen Rudolph during the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization began with neighborhood walks and grew into a mission to create moments of wonder and connection for people of all ages.

Its free unicorn visit service serves schools, hospitals, churches, care facilities, and community events, reaching children, veterans, and others who could benefit from a joyful experience. For private events, the project requests a suggested donation, and contributions are tax deductible. Hosts can contact the team, choose costume colors and accessories to suit their event, and arrange the visit and travel details.
