The Vagina Whisperer is a pelvic floor fitness platform founded by Dr. Sara Reardon, a board-certified pelvic floor physical therapist. Dr.
Reardon, a mom of two herself, noticed the lack of proper care and support for people with vaginas in our healthcare system. She decided to create The Vagina Whisperer as a safe and inclusive space where individuals can finally receive the care they deserve. Through The Vagina Whisperer, Dr.
Reardon aims to normalize pelvic floor conversations and address pelvic floor problems that are often brushed off as normal. She believes that everyone with a vagina should be able to live a fuller, happier, and more productive life. The platform offers a variety of resources, including a blog with hot tips for pelvic health, information on topics such as menstrual cup usage and painful sex, and helpful guides for pregnancy and postpartum care.
