The Victor's Moot, also known as the H. V. Perera QC Memorial Moot Competition, is the first and only International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition in Sri Lanka.

Organized by the Moot Society of Sri Lanka Law College, this annual competition provides a platform for law students to engage with their international counterparts and discuss developments in International Commercial Arbitration. The competition, which started in 2018, commemorates the renowned law personality, Dr. Herbert Victor Perera QC.

The main vision of The Victor's Moot is to establish uniform global standards in International Commercial Arbitration. This event offers law students valuable exposure to mega multinational corporate litigations and aims to develop their abilities and skills, ultimately integrating them into international networks. Additionally, the goal is to promote arbitration as an effective alternative dispute resolution method in the Commercial Law sphere.
