Our founder and CEO, Bobbie Racette, started the company after facing adversity in her own career. As an Indigenous, LGBTQ woman, Bobbie saw the opportunity to create a platform that would provide income opportunities for individuals from traditionally underrepresented communities.

Our monthly subscription model offers a win-win-win situation for businesses, assistants, and diversity.
