The Warehouse Lufkin

The Historic Warehouse is a restored event venue located just north of downtown Lufkin, Texas. Owned and operated by Drake Venues, LLC, it offers more than 9,000 square feet of flexible indoor space for weddings, corporate functions, and other major celebrations. The venue preserves its industrial character through original wood flooring, high vaulted ceilings, and a 10-foot wraparound porch, while providing modern amenities, including climate control.

Its open-concept layout can be arranged to suit receptions, corporate awards banquets, birthdays, fundraisers, and other private or business events. The facility can host up to 300 guests and follows a one-event-at-a-time policy for exclusive use. Guests have access to on-site parking, accessible restrooms, and a private bridal restroom.

Safety features include monitored fire alarms, automatic fire suppression, and clearly marked exits. The Historic Warehouse also provides event spaces, corporate event options, wedding packages, and a gallery to help prospective clients explore the venue. Its distinctive blend of historic architecture and practical facilities creates a versatile setting for gathering and celebration
