Dealers then review the listing and make anonymous, sealed offers, typically within 48 hours. Sellers can compare the bids and choose whether to accept; there is no obligation to proceed. To reveal the dealers’ identities, ratings, and full offer details, sellers pay 1.9% of the average bid, with a minimum fee of £25 and a maximum of £250. After acceptance, the buyer and seller arrange payment and collection directly.

For buyers, the platform provides access to watches held in stock by verified UK dealers, with purchases made directly from the dealer and no marketplace sales commission. The platform features brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet, and offers guidance on selling, watch valuations, costs, and preparing a watch for sale.
