The Wellness Midwife

The Wellness Midwife is an independent midwifery service in Chelmsford, UK, led by Nash, an experienced, registered midwife. Its approach centres on personal, compassionate care, with time to listen, answer questions and support each woman’s individual needs. Care combines midwifery experience with evidence-based information and a holistic perspective, helping families feel informed, heard and confident without judgement or pressure.

Services include personalised antenatal care throughout pregnancy, with routine checks and screening, birth preparation, and space to discuss concerns or questions. Postnatal care is offered in the comfort of the client’s home, supporting recovery, feeding, the baby’s wellbeing and adjustment to life with a new arrival. Individual appointments are also available for those seeking extra reassurance, advice or time to talk, during pregnancy or after birth. Clients can choose ongoing support or appointments suited to their circumstances. Nash is listed as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and as a member of the Independent Midwife Directory and the Royal College of Nursing.
