Thewonderyearsbromley

The Wonder Years is a childcare setting in Bromley Common, England, run by experienced childminders Kate and Tracey. It combines nurturing, home-from-home care with a structured pre-school experience for children aged two to four, while aiming to understand and support each child’s individual needs, interests and learning style. The setting promotes kindness, respect, empathy, community, environmental awareness and safe, confident exploration.

Its provision follows the Early Years Foundation Stage and includes creative activities, early literacy and numeracy, imaginative play, practical life skills, cooking, music, movement and outdoor learning. Children can enjoy activities such as Forest School, yoga, PE, Spanish sessions, gardening and visits to local places, with topic-related outings planned at least monthly. Nature Club and Sports 4 Tots are also offered. Meals are provided, with all diets catered for.

The setting is open Monday to Friday, with term-time hours varying by day; holiday childcare may be available subject to availability. Non-funded fees are listed at £90 per day, and eligible funding is accepted subject to availability.
