About The Youngsters Auction
The Youngsters Auction is a specialist showjumping horse auction founded in 2018 and held at Waaij Stud in Eemnes, the Netherlands. It offers carefully selected young horses, aged three to seven, to buyers around the world through live events and online bidding. The 11th edition is scheduled for Tuesday, 13 October 2026, featuring 24 horses.
Prospective buyers can visit the horses at the venue and arrange trials every day until the auction. The collection includes mares, geldings and stallions, with profiles detailing their pedigrees, age, size and jumping qualities. The auction also offers VIP tickets for an evening that includes horse presentations, dinner, entertainment and the live sale.
Since its launch, The Youngsters Auction has sold more than 230 horses internationally. Its former auction horses have gone on to compete at levels ranging from young-horse classes to international Grand Prix, with references across several continents. The event provides buyers with an opportunity to discover emerging showjumping prospects and assess them in person before bidding
