Thier-Med

Thier-Med is a maternity and childbirth education provider based in Wrocław, Poland, supporting expectant parents through pregnancy, birth and the early stages of caring for a baby. Its team includes midwives, a physician and a urogynecological physiotherapist, and the organisation highlights more than ten years of experience and over 1,000 families prepared for parenthood.

Thier-Med offers childbirth classes through several options: a free programme funded by the City of Wrocław for local residents, free antenatal education under an NFZ contract, specialist preparation for planned caesarean births, and individual or group courses with flexible scheduling. Additional services include midwife care during pregnancy and after birth, home visits, consultations, breastfeeding support and gentle yoga for pregnant women, with exercises focused on relaxation, breathing and preparing the body for birth.

The team also provides workshops and practical preparation for labour and newborn care. Services are available through public funding or privately, helping families choose support that suits their needs.
