Thimel Sport is a family-run winter sports shop located in the centre of the Les Saisies ski resort in Hauteluce, Savoie. Established in 1984, the business serves visitors looking to enjoy the region’s slopes and snowy trails. It offers rental equipment for a range of activities, including alpine and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and patinettes. Ski and snowboard equipment is also available for maintenance and repair, helping guests prepare for their time on the mountain.
For added convenience, Thimel Sport provides ski storage and drying for ski boots free of charge. The shop is situated close to the pistes, allowing customers to set off on skis and return their equipment after a day outdoors. During the winter season, the family welcomes customers daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., without a midday break. Reservations and enquiries can be made directly with the shop. Thimel Sport also advertises a ski-and-boot rental offer for €100 outside school holiday periods, with no deposit required when booking.
