This is us practice

This Is Us Baby & Mother Wellness Practice is a midwife-led care provider supporting mothers, babies and families through the first 1,000 days of life. Founded by specialized midwives Sr. Nisanne Janse Van Rensburg and Sr. Anke Greyling-Halvorsen, the practice draws on their experience in maternity and neonatal care. Its approach emphasizes evidence-based support, education and empowerment, helping families make informed decisions about pregnancy, birth, newborn care and breastfeeding. Services include antenatal visits and workshops, facility and water births, postnatal visits, breastfeeding consultations, baby wellness checks, growth monitoring and 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D ultrasound scans. The practice also offers a survival group, home phototherapy for jaundice, stimulation classes, and CPR and basic first-aid training. Its care network includes midwives, obstetricians, a pediatrician, a doula, nurses, a chiropractor and a physiotherapist. The practice is located at 354 Fred Nicholson, Les Marais.
