About Thisspaceisrented
Started by Amy Leibrand, who has a background in painting and photography, the brand delves into the realm of mixed media art. Amy's creative approach involves using everything within her line of sight to create captivating pieces. Currently, her materials of choice include eggshells, discarded books, beeswax, and thread, resulting in intriguing and innovative artworks.
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Amy also holds the role of curator for The Table, a monthly artist rotation in Columbus, Ohio. She has presented her work in various exhibitions, including In Transformation at the Carnegie Gallery and Characters That Define Us at the Columbus Metropolitan Library Carnegie Gallery. Amy's involvement in the arts community goes beyond her own creations.
She co-directs the Art Spot and Columbus Open Studio & Stage, and she founded the Exposure Mobile Photo exhibit.
