As the largest locally-owned and operated concrete contractor in Central Ohio, we take pride in our reputation for excellence. Our story began in 1989 when our President, Scott Thompson, started placing and finishing residential interior and exterior flatwork and footings with just a used truck, bobcat, and a team of motivated individuals.

Over time, we expanded our services and opened Thompson Concrete Foundations in 1997, venturing into the single-family concrete poured wall business. In 1999, we further broadened our scope by entering the Commercial Concrete industry. This allowed us to provide outstanding concrete workmanship to local schools, warehouses, government buildings, churches, and more throughout the Central Ohio area.

We continued our growth by establishing Thompson Excavation in 2005 to handle all aspects of dirt work, utilities, and roads. To meet the diverse needs of our clients, we added Inferno Concrete Pumping in 2016, offering a concrete pump option with our well-maintained fleet of seven pumps. In 2019, we introduced DTK Site Solutions, a full-service surveying company, to complete our comprehensive package of services.
