Thom Wiggers

Thom Wiggers is a distinguished senior cryptography researcher at PQShield, currently pursuing his PhD at Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands, with a specialization in post-quantum cryptography. His research focuses on the critical intersections between post-quantum algorithms and security protocols. Wiggers is actively involved in evaluating and optimizing key exchange and authentication processes within post-quantum TLS, where he also developed an innovative solution called KEMTLS for a more efficient handshake protocol.

With a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Computing Science, Wiggers seeks to enhance information security through advanced cryptographic techniques.
