Thoroughbred Custom Homes

Thoroughbred Custom Homes is a luxury home builder serving Collin and Denton counties in North Texas. The company offers a combined design-and-build service, working with local design professionals to create custom homes tailored to each client. Projects begin with an individual design rather than a reused plan, and clients can build on land they already own or explore lots secured by the company for inventory homes.

Thoroughbred Custom Homes guides clients through a structured process intended to make planning and construction clear and manageable. A 24/7 client portal provides updates on construction progress. The builder says it uses modern construction science, materials, and methods to create homes that are durable, comfortable, and energy efficient, with a focus on completing projects on time and within budget.

Its website features a styles library for floor plan ideas, information about where the company builds, a portfolio of completed work, and available homes. Prospective clients can contact the team to discuss a project or schedule an appointment.
